Speed, agility and quickness are vital parts of player and team success on the soccer field. Through a fun, progressive arrangement of drills and activities, players will begin to realize better biomechanics, improved flexibility and balance, increased speed, faster multidirectional speed and quickness. This program will increase overall performance and reduce the risk of injury.
The Speed Agility and Quickness sessions will be held River Grove. Monday from 5:15 to 6:00 pm for U8 to U10 players and Wednesday from 6:00 to 6:45 pm for U11 and above.
S.A.Q. starts on February 20th and 22nd for U8-U10 and U11+ respectively. Both programs are 45 minutes per session (total of 6 sessions).
No training during Spring Break week- March 13th and 15th
