Where do I send the registration paperwork?

You can send in the registration information via mail or you can bring the information to Recreational Registration or Competitive Tryouts. The website has all the contact information under the Contact us page.

Where do I sign up my player?

You can find the registration forms for youth players under the Recreational, Academy, or Competitive sections of the website depending on what level of play you are interested in.  Registration forms are also available in the Documents section of the website.  Please fill out the registration form and send in to the club office.  Don't forget to send a copy of the players birth certificate.

Where do I send my birth certificate?

In an effort to insure our records are up to date, we request every player who registers to supply a copy of his or her birth certificate.  This is a requirement of South Texas Youth Soccer Association (STYSA).  A copy must be on file before a player can be assigned to a team.

How much is the registration fee?

The registration fees depends on the level the player plays at.  For the appropriate fee as well as information about the sibling discount, please visit the Recreational, Academy, or Competitive sections of the website.

Where does my registration fee go?

Your fees go to field maintenance, uniforms, referees, insurance, coaching licensing, as well as state and national dues.

What do I need to play soccer?

Each player will need soccer shoes, shin guards, soccer ball, plenty of water, a great attitude and a desire to have fun.....

When will my player get assigned to a team?

Recreational teams are formed as soon as possible after the open registration date.  If you register after late registraion begins you will be processed in the order in which your form is received.  We can not guarantee team placement or requests after late registration has begun.

Competitive teams will be formed within one week of tryouts.

If you have not heard about your assigned team, please contact the soccer office.

Who do I contact and how do I contact them?

The website has all the contact information under the Contact us page.

When does the season start and how long does it run?

For Recreational play, the fall season starts in mid September and runs for approximately 10 weeks.  In the spring, the season starts in mid February and runs for approximately 8 weeks.  Remember, both seasons are subject to change.

For Competitive play, the fall season normally starts the first week ofSeptember and runs for about 10 weeks.  In the spring, the season starts in early February and runs for 8 weeks.  This is subject to change based on the Timberline Youth Soccer calendar.

When do we get uniforms?

Recreational teams will get their uniforms from the club as part of your fees. Uniforms will be distributed by the team coach. In the spring, returning players use their uniform from the fall.

Competitive uniforms will be handled by each Team Manager.

Can we pick uniform colors?

Kingwood Alliance Soccer Club has chosen uniforms that have Navy, White and Gold as its colors.  These are the team colors and will be the color for all teams.

What if the uniform does not fit?

If the uniform does not fit, please contact the club office for help or the Recreational Director.  Both emails are listed on the website.

How do I know the game schedules?

Recreational schedules will be posted on this website in the Recreational section.  Competitive schedules will be posted on the TYSA/EDDOA websites or communicated via your Team Manager.  Be careful, game times and dates can change so please check often.

Are standings kept and how do I see them?

Standings are kept for U9 and above only.  Scores are entered (typically weekly) and the standings will be posted on the Alliance, TYSA, or EDDOA website depending on your level of play.

When and where will practices be held?

After your team is formed, your coach will contact you and at that time, you will be informed how often and where you will practice.  Typically, practices will be held at River Grove or other places set up by the coach.

Hopefully, these questions will help with any questions you may have, if not, please don't hesitate to call or email the soccer office.
