Soccer is an exciting game filled with speed, agility, and quickness. The ability to stop, start, cut, and sprint are extremely crucial skills needed to be successful on the field. Therefore, Alliance Soccer Club is proud to announce the launch of its new program; Speed, Agility & Quickness (S.A.Q.)
The Speed, Agility, and Quickness Programs is designed to help our youth athletes become stronger, faster, and hard to beat on the soccer field. Our players will work on specific physical activities such as dynamic and static stretching, balance and coordination, acceleration and deceleration , and speed and agility exercises, to improve their over all performance. All S.A.Q routines are soccer oriented, so the player will improve with and without the ball.
The Speed Agility and Quickness sessions will be held North Park starting next week on September 16, 2015. The S.A.Q is an eight week program with one session per week. Each session is forty five minutes long with a 1:10 ratio. We will offer this program only to the first 10 players who sign up for each available day; Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday from 5:00 pm to 5:45 pm. The cost is $75 for all 8 sessions.
