Coach Certification Offered by KASC @ River Grove - Feb. 15th

If you are coaching a team this Spring, KASC encourages you to sign up for this course where you will learn about different coaching topics such as:

• Philosophy of Coaching
• Characteristics of players
• Team administration and risk management
• Prevention and care of injuries
• Appropriate activities by age
• Organizing a youth training session
• Laws of the Game (modified)
• Small-sided games

We have found that our coach’s, who have become certified, were pleasantly surprised how much they enjoyed and learned from the course.

Online Session:

The online course is available as soon as you register and you are encouraged to complete it prior to attending the Field Session.

Field Session:

Sunday, February 15th, 2014 @ River Grove

U10/U12 Module 1:00PM to 5:00PM

The cost of the course is $30, which will be refunded to our current coaches ONLY once the certificate is submitted to the KASC office. If you are interested in taking this course, please click on the link below to register. The State requires that coaches obtain a license and thus now is a great opportunity to do this as it is being offered here in our own backyard.
