Recreational Soccer Program Overview

The Kingwood Alliance Soccer Club Recreational Program is dedicated to providing youth players with a safe, positive, and fun soccer experience. Our focus is on learning, development, and fairness in a non-competitive environment—no scores or standings are kept.

We welcome all players from Kingwood, Humble, Porter, New Caney, and surrounding communities.

Program Philosophy

• Emphasis on skill development, sportsmanship, and enjoyment.

• All players receive at least 50% playing time each game.

• No player may exceed 75% playing time until every teammate has reached 75%.

• Coaches promote a supportive, encouraging environment at all practices and games.

Division IV (U4–U7)

In-House Recreational Program

Designed for young and beginner players, this program provides a fun, supportive environment focused on building foundational soccer skills.

• All teams are gender-specific and primarily single-aged.

• All games are played in-house at River Grove.

• Positive volunteer coaching encourages confidence and development.

Season Fees:

• $145 – Regular Registration

• $170 – Late Registration

Division IV (U8–U10)

Recreational + High Performance Training

This division combines recreational play with advanced training opportunities through our partnership with HTX Soccer.

Players receive:

• Weekly team practice and Saturday games

• Positive volunteer coaching encourages confidence and development.

• 5 professional training sessions

• Support and evaluation from HTX professional staff

• Opportunities to train with Academy teams

Season Fees:

• $195 – Regular Registration

• $225 – Late Registration

Division III (U11 and Above)

Advanced Recreational Program

A step up in play level for older recreational athletes.

• Weekly team training with a volunteer coach

• Games played against other Houston-area recreational clubs

• Approximately half of games hosted at River Grove Fields

• Games primarily on Saturdays with occasional Sundays

• All players receive at least 50% playing time

• Fully recreational—no tryouts required

Season Fees:

• $290 – Regular Registration

• $325 – Late Registration

Coed Intramural Soccer Program (2010–2015)

In-House Recreational Play

Our Coed Intramural Program offers a structured, enjoyable, and development-based soccer experience for players born 2010–2015.

Schedule

• Practice: Wednesdays, 7:00–8:00 PM (only option)

• Games: Saturdays, 4:00 PM

• Location: River Grove

Season Fee: $95
Includes 8 practices, 8 games, and a program T-shirt.

Program Focus
Players will build core soccer skills while participating in supportive, team-oriented scrimmages throughout the season.
